Vegetarian / Pescatarian

  • Goat Cheese & Tomato Quiche with sautéed kale (V)
  • Tri-Color Gnocchi--Sherry cream sauce with sage and spinach (V)
  • Wild Salmon-pecan crusted with honey mustard and sweet potatoes (GF, DF)
  • Pescatore shrimp, fish, and mussels prepared with fresh herbs in a white wine marinara sauce with pasta (DF, can be GF)
  • Fontina Fruit Salad-This was a La Scala staple early on. Fontina cheese, apples, grapes, walnuts, fresh greens and pomegranate dressing. (V, GF, can be DF)

  • Butternut & Sausage Alfredo Lasagna: we replace the pasta with sheets of butternut and layer it with cheese, pastured pork sausage, cream, greens, and sun-dried tomatoes. (GF)
  • Steak Au Poivre: Fischer Farms flat iron steak with brandy peppercorn sauce, roasted carrots (GF, can be DF)
  • Beef Stew with Dumplings-Fischer Farms beef with potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion
