  • Stuffed Shells--cheese and spinach stuffed pasta shells baked with roasted red pepper cream sauce, caramelized greens, and garden greens (V)
  • Seafood Pasta Fresca--- shrimp & clams sauteed with fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, and basil. Finished in a white wine lemon sauce with pasta (DF, can be GF)
  • Peach Glazed Wild Salmon with Slow Roasted Tomatoes (GF, DF)
  • Blackberry Citrus Salad--fresh blackberries, mandarin oranges, roast chickpeas, goat cheese, pistachio, and red onion with poppyseed dressing over mixed greens. (V, GF, can be DF)
