  • Pasta Paglia--roasted red bell pepper cream sauce with spinach, red bell pepper, and ricotta cheese over pasta (V, can be GF)
  • Loaded Sweet Potatoes--quinoa, black beans, and greens come together over baked sweet potatoes with a sweet and savory garlic and tamari glaze (V, GF, DF)
  • Seafood Risotto--shrimp and clams with saffron and brandy (GF, can be DF)
