Butternut & Wild Mushroom Alfredo Lasagna: we replace the pasta with sheets of butternut and layer it with cheese, mixed wild mushrooms, cream, greens, and sun-dried tomatoes. (V, GF)

Root Vegetable Stew: tomato based stew with warming winter flavors of cumin, ginger, and cinnamon. (V, GF, DF)

Shrimp & Grits: Purdue’s own Professor Torbert’s Grits prepared with shrimp, cream, cheese and greens (can be GF)

Orange and Pomegranate Salmon: wild salmon with caramelized onions, orange slices, and pomegranate (GF, DF)
